Apache Baxley is a licensed Occupational Therapist and fitness professional with a decade of experience providing therapy in clinics, hospitals, home health, and long-term care facilities. In 2016, Apache and his wife relocated to Fayetteville where he began exploring ways to help people outside of the standard healthcare system. As an NASM-certified personal trainer with a specialization in corrective exercise as well as a certified Fascia Stretch Therapist, Apache has spent the past three years coaching clients to regain strength, mobility, and recover from injuries and surgeries, guiding them back to their previous levels of activity and function. His medical training enhances every aspect of his practice, enabling him to provide clients with customized programs and stretch therapy sessions that not only prevent reinjury but also retrain the body to move and exercise more safely. His multidisciplinary approach to therapy and fitness reflects his deep commitment to the transformative mental and physical benefits of reconnecting with and grounding oneself in the body.
