Lenore Venokur

Lenore Venokur believes pain is a request for change. She specializes in the connection between fascia, pain and the emotional trauma stored within the body. By focusing on fascia’s role in movement and overall health, she helps clients release tension and heal both physical and emotional wounds. A mother of three, Lenore’s journey into fascial work began when her eldest daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis. Refusing to accept conventional limitations, she discovered The Human Garage and had the rare opportunity to learn directly from its founders. During this transformative period, Lenore combined fascial maneuvers with other healing modalities to help her daughter reverse her scoliosis by 11 degrees, while also addressing her younger daughter’s torticollis and supporting her husband’s recovery from a major accident—all without surgery or prescription medications. Lenore combines hands-on techniques with guided practices to target deep-seated pain patterns, empowering individuals to reconnect with their bodies and release trauma. With a compassionate approach, she honors the body’s innate ability to heal, offering transformative support to those seeking relief from pain and emotional trauma. Her work helps clients reclaim a sense of balance, vitality, and well-being—proving that change, no matter how improbable, is always possible.
